Local singer-songwriter Bianca Jade’s music is a combination of sweet acoustic melodic pop and folk tinged with a smooth jazz feel. Her début solo E.P ‘Taste It’ showcases both Bianca’s sweet-sounding, soulful and sometimes mellow voice, and her poetic storytelling lyrics. The ‘Taste It’ E.P is perfect for either a lazy weekend in the sunshine or an evening chilling out. Highlights include opening track ‘Surprise’ with its jangly guitar pop reminiscent of The Sundays, and the very sensual ‘Taste It.’
The E.P was released in September of 2005 and produced at Studio Couch by Shaun O’Callaghan (John Butler Trio, Carus, Eskimo Joe).
